Dagboek van een fotograaf | A photographer's diary
(working title)
For 6 months, I have worked as a real estate photographer. I drove about 11.000 km, entered 2 to 4 houses a day and met 351 different families in total. Some people wanted a bigger house, some people were selling the house of their 30-year-old child that had suddenly died and some families were forced by the bank to sell, without having any idea of where they would live next. Some of these meetings were profound, some emotional, some scary, some cheerful, despite the short time I spent with people. This image shows the places I drove to during my first 3 months. I'm writing a collection of stories about the people I've encountered during the time I had this job.
